What is a REALTOR®?
When you see REALTOR® by a name, you know you are in good hands! You know that this real estate professional belongs to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) which has strict ethics guidelines.
In Colorado REALTORS® must take an extra 2.5 hour ethics training every 3 years. There are specific learning objectives and criteria set by NAR.
